Privacy

This is the website of Clean Pros LLC of Knoxville, Tennessee (“we”, “us”). This page explains what we collect through this site, our online booking, our website assistant and our text messages.

What we collect

Online booking. When you request a time, we collect your name, phone number, email, the job address, details about the job and any photos you add. We use them to schedule and do the work. Our scheduling software, Lintel, stores this for us.
Our website assistant (Walt). If you chat with Walt, your questions go to our AI provider to produce an answer. Please do not share personal details in the chat; contact details for a booking are collected in the booking form, not the chat. We do not keep chat transcripts beyond basic counts used to run and protect the service.
If you call or text us, we receive your phone number and what you tell us, and we use it to answer you and do the job.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising scripts or analytics scripts.
Our hosting company, Cloudflare, serves the pages and may keep ordinary technical logs, such as your internet address, to run and protect the site.
Fonts. The site loads its typeface from Google Fonts, so Google may see your internet address when a page loads.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the box on our booking form, or ask us to text you, Clean Pros TN will send you text messages about your appointment: confirmations, scheduling updates, arrival notices, reminders and replies to your questions. We do not send marketing texts.

Message frequency varies with your appointments. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to stop receiving texts at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call or text (865) 255-9692.
Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying our services.
We do not share or sell your mobile number or your text message opt-in consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We only share it with the service providers that send the messages for us.
