How we clean
We clean carpet two ways: truck-mounted hot water extraction and VLM (very low moisture) cleaning.
- Truck-mounted hot water extraction: for deep cleaning and heavy soil.
- VLM (very low moisture) cleaning: for delicate fibers, commercial carpet and faster drying.

Which cleaning method is right for my carpet?
It depends on the fiber and how dirty it is. We check first, then use truck-mounted hot water extraction for deep cleaning and heavy soil, or VLM for delicate fibers and faster drying.
How long until the carpet is dry?
It depends on the carpet, the weather and the airflow, but plan on several hours. VLM cleaning dries faster. We’ll tell you what to expect.
Will the stain come out?
Many do, some don’t. We’ll tell you what to expect before we start.
